Statement No.18
As a direct consequence of the absence of any means of exercising direct control over the Velocity of the Thrust Force delivered to the Aircraft in motion, and it's capacity to efficiently utilise this rate of delivery, the Aircraft incurs a Propulsive Thrust penalty directly proportional to the difference between the final Jet Velocity (Vj) of the ACTION half of it's Air Mass Motion System, and it's own, Mass Momentum State at, any motion condition.
In other words, as things are, although a Jet Powered Aircraft in flight is primarily a Motion Vehicle that is caused to fly, there exists no means of gearing the rate of thrust power delivered by the ACTION half (forward thrust) of it's own Air Mass Motion System nor it's REACTION half to, it's own Mass Momentum State.
