The only market that truly matters is that of the Aircraft and or jet engine manufacturers.

In terms of the physical operation, The System is a pure aerodynamic one concerned as it is solely with  trading and controlling the interchange of the Air Mass Motion Power possessed by each of the two Air Mass Motion Systems that comprises the Airline's, Motion System Cycle. Consequently, this is more of an Aircraft  related System than it is a Jet Engine System.  Because this results in the more complete integration of the two principle Air Mass Motion Systems acting upon the Aircraft in Motion it's effect must principally be the concern of the Aircraft manufacturer rather than that of the engine manufacturer.  However, it is true, the Air Mass Motion integration brought about within The System involves both the aerodynamic performance of the Aircraft inclusive of it's engine and could be undertaken by either manufacturer.
