Licensing Income cannot seriously be expected to accrue much before the definitive design criteria required to be incorporated into the System to make it suitable for incorporation into any Airframe, Engine configuration is completed. The function and structural form of the System Design makes it ideally suitable for incorporation into many existing as well as all future Jet Powered Aircraft possessing, external pylon mounted jet engines. The System's Design specification is to be granted to Companies who have obtained the required licence from The Company permitting them to manufacture and use the System pursuant with their own business objectives.
Note: Assuming that licenses are granted directly to the principal Manufacturers of the Aircraft whether they be either existing or new, they will, not unreasonably, be required to obtain certification for the change to the Aircraft produced by them.
Note; Such is the nature of the effect that the incorporation of The System would have upon the operational performance of any Aircraft so equipped that the Manufacturers themselves would be best positioned to obtain certification for the changes.
It is envisaged that the principal revenue will be earned by way of a royalty charged per annum for the use of The System. This can be charged against deliveries or, alternatively, an outright payment in advance of production may be agreed which would be required to take into account the volume of business The Client Company is likely to do over the period for which the license is required. Such would be the importance of this acquisition to the Aircraft and or Jet Engine manufacturers that they would most likely want to secure a licence in advance of production simply to safeguard their particular market position.
