The Management Team of such a potentially exciting enterprise simply does not exist. Such is the nature and ramifications of this investment and so potentially vast in it's influence that there is an opportunity for money and technology to come together in an exciting new way.
Industry has come to be subservient in the wealth creation process to the use and possession of money and monetary values instead of the other way about. As a direct consequence, politically, socially and economically there has inadvertently been invested in the use of money a power which the entire world monetary system simply cannot support. Human value systems which underpin the entire true wealth process have become subordinated to the use of money as if, money itself and its possession was and is the actual wealth of any Nation and not the talents of it's people. Money was invented and intended to be used a token of exchange of human values employed in the creation of all that we as humans beings have come to regard as wealth. As things are, the entire process has become reversed, people and their Industry have become subordinated to the use of money, politically, socially and economically. It is this factor above all others that is powering the economic instability of our World. This factor and it's influence upon the entire world monetary system is far more powerful in it's destabilising effect upon all our hopes and dreams as a world than is all the governments and all of their economic policies put together.
The brains, talent and experience needed to manage this kind of project is all out there. This talent and skill can be bought and profitably employed provided off course that we know exactly what we are looking for. The author of this invitation and inventor of this opportunity is well qualified to identify the talent, knowledge and skills required to create the system and organisation needed to successfully manage the technical aspects of the project, this is not the problem. The challenge is, putting together a management team who's stature, vision and ethics is of a kind that can create a spirit and out of which can be forged a Company capable of conducting itself as a World Company. By this is meant a Company serving and putting the interests of the World's Jet Powered Aircraft Industry and our World above those of the Company itself.
The author cannot do this by himself, but out there, there are those who can help bring this about, the trick is finding them . These will be the people who upon reading this are in no way offended by criticism of the abuse of monetary power and who will understand that if true lasting wealth in terms of the "Quality of Life" for all is ever be achieved then, human values must be restored to it's proper place in the wealth creative process or, our World civilisation will inexorably collapse. It is already happening.
Any person who finds his or herself in disagreement with the view expressed on the gross abuse and misuse of monetary power and who may see this as some sort of threat to there position of monetary privilege are unlikely to be granted shares in this venture.
The author of this Invitation and inventor of this concept of Jet Powered Aircraft worked for twenty years in the earlier part of his engineering career worked on all manner of Jet Powered Aircraft Engines a brief resume of which is as follows:
a. Eight years in The Royal Airforce.
It was here as a young airman that he learned all about jet engines & jet powered flight. He was principally engaged in the servicing and overhaul of all manner of military jet engines.
b. Almost two years at The Royal Aircraft Establishment at Farnborough, Hants, England.
Here he was engaged, again in the servicing and overhaul of all manner of jet engines only in this instance they were the engines of research aircraft.
c. Six years at Bristol Siddeley Engines as it then was.
Engaged as principal development engineer working on the development of the Orpheus range of jet engines used to power the Fiat G91 (Nato Fighter) and Gnat British training aircraft also, the Olympus for Concorde, but principally, on the BS53 Pegasus Engine vectored thrust engine powering the British Harrier. He wrote the programme covering the installation of the very first proto type BS.53 installed in the very first Hawker P1127 prototype aircraft that ever flew which was later called the, "Harrier".
d. Rolls Royce Limited for five & half years..
Engaged initially at Derby as a Contract Engineer responsible for writing the Engineering Contracts on the Spey and Conway Engines of the day. The Engineering Contract is the Company document in which is described in some considerable detail the engine, it's systems and the performance guaranteed throughout it's "flight envelope". It is this document which forms the basis of contract between the Company and it's Customers.
Being that the Engineering Contractual Document constituted the Guarantee of performance on all engines sold it's accuracy in all things was critical, consequently, it was regarded a most responsible position. Later, The Scottish Group of The Company was made a profit centre in it's own right. It was here that the entire range of Civil and Military Dart and Avon jet engines were then manufactured. This resulted in the need to establish it's own commercial sales division requiring in support it's own Contract Engineering Department. The author was appointed Group Contracts Engineer for the Division responsible for setting up and running the Department writing, conducting and advising the Engineering Board on all Contractual matters covering the whole range of Civil & Military Dart and Avon Engineering Contracts.
During this five year period, there was experienced a whole range of engine failures on both the range of Dart & Avon military and civil engines which had contractual consequences. Consequently, co-ordination of the incorporation of modifications against contracts which was a problem became a matter of some importance. The author was given the task of solving the problem, this resulted in the creation and introduction and adoption of the very first computer based project management system network ever introduced and adopted by, Rolls Royce Limited.
It was as a direct result of the experience and learning gained during this period which caused the author to first realise that perhaps our understanding of what aerodynamically occurs in flight might conceivably be incorrect. It was the pursuit of answers to these questions raised in his consciousness at that time which has led to and made possible the issue of this invitation today.
In summary, the writer with some justification can lay reasonably claim to knowing something about jet engines, his experience encompassing, the servicing, overhaul, testing, development of a range of all manner of aircraft engines.
